Prince William County Small Business Professional Services Grant (CARES)
The Prince William County has launched the Small Businesses Professional Services Grant as part of the CARES Act funding, which will be available to qualifying small businesses and nonprofits in the County. Grants of up to $10,000 will be available to qualifying businesses that can demonstrate a requirement for professional services in the areas of Marketing, Financial Planning and IT services to upgrade, update or improve their business.

Interested applicants must:
Consult with a Mason Small Business Development Center (Mason SBDC) Counselor to identify, plan and draft needs in the form of a Statement of Work (SOW) to be submitted to the County.
Complete Grant applications and submit to county by [DATE/TIME]
Upon Approval must continue engagement with Mason SBDC to track progress of project
Application review, process and vendor selection (registered with eVA) is subject to county approval.
Vendor must be registered on eVA
Final review of project will be assessed by the assigned Mason SBDC Counselor and applicant.
This grant opportunity will close on December 31, 2020.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend one/more of the following informational sessions hosted by the Mason SBDC
These informational sessions will be led by representatives from the County (Clarice Grove, Michele Wetherly), Mason SBDC (Timm Johnson) and eVA.
Panelists will provide key information on assessment, application process and vendor selection and performance evaluations and address questions following the main presentation.
