Group counseling at Mason SBDC involves 8-10 clients meeting with a trained counselor who will teach both the legal and administrative steps to starting a business and marketing your business. The Legal and Administrative Steps to Starting a Business workshop is conducted every second Wednesday of every month and the Marketing 101 workshop is every 3rd Wednesday of every alternate month. During these workshops, attendees are encouraged to ask questions and talk about a variety of issues pertaining to their business situation, while our counselor facilitates productive communication within the group.
